Our Energy Code Inspection and Compliance Division has been operating since 2003. We provide both Residential and Commercial services. We provide plan review with ResCheck, IC3 or ComCheck Reports, onsite inspections for compliance with envelope inspections, insulation inspections, lighting and mechanical inspections and final inspections. We provide this service to contractors, architects, and commercial and residential customers. We have over 500 satisfied customers who have relied on us for this service.
Pricing: $160 per hour for plan reviews and inspections. Minimum 1 hour charge.
