  • Waste Management Goals:

    • This project will comply with building site waste management by efficient usage, recycling or salvage for reuse a minimum of 50% by weight or volume of the site waste generated. This includes land clearing debris and excavated soils, rocks, trees, stumps, and associated vegetation. Receipts or other documentation related to diversion shall be maintained through the course of construction.
    • This project will comply with construction material and waste management by efficient usage, recycling, reuse, manufacture’s reclamation, or salvage for future use, donation or sale a minimum of 50% by weight or volume of the waste generated during construction. Receipts or other documentation related to diversion shall be maintained through the course of construction.
    • Waste reduction will be achieved through building design, and reuse and recycling efforts will be maintained throughout the construction process.
