  • To the City of Dallas, Permitting Dept.
  • ,am planning a project at the location mentioned above. I am willing to comply with the City of Dallas Green Ordinance.:
  • 1. We will be diverting 50% of all site clearing debris and construction waste from landfills in the following manners:
  • 3. Roof surfaces shall comply with table 408.1
  • 4. All exterior lighting will be fully shielded to prevent light pollution and be no more than 250 watts lamp
  • 5. All materials shall be handled and stored per manufacturer's instructions and protected from moisture.
  • 6. A post occupancy recycling area will be provided.
  • 7. A storage area will be provided for lamps, batteries and electronics.
  • 9. All lamps used will contain no more than 5 milligrams of mercury.
