I am willing to comply with the City of Dallas Green Ordinance.:1. We will be diverting 50% of all site clearing debris and construction waste from landfills in the following manners:a. Metal will go tob. Concrete will go toc. Brick will go tod. Dirt will go toe. Trees and wood will go tof. Plastic will go tog. Paper and cardboard will go toh. Glass will go toi. Wall board/gypsum will go toj. Insulation will go tok. Miscellaneous Reusable materials will go to2. Site Hardscape shall have one or more of the following: a. Minimum SRI of .30 b. Shaded by structures c. Shaded by trees d. Pervious paving, pavers or aggregate 3. Roof surfaces shall comply with table 408.14. All exterior lighting will be fully shielded to prevent light pollution and be no more than 250 watts lamp5. All materials shall be handled and stored per manufacturer's instructions and protected from moisture.6. A post occupancy recycling area will be provided.7. A storage area will be provided for lamps, batteries and electronics.8. Material selection: a minimum 45% of materials used will be: a. Used materials b. Recycled content materials c. Recyclable building materials and components d. Bio-based materials e. Indigenous materials 9. All lamps used will contain no more than 5 milligrams of mercury.
